In early 2022 we added a new feature to our services, customizable contact routing. This allows you to select any field or piece of data about prospects and lets us prioritize those prospects in our dials first. If you feel certain qualities about prospects will result in a higher hit rate, we can make sure to call those contacts first.

We have had many use cases for this since, from prioritizing prospects in certain states, to certain contacts that have had recent engagement, to contacts from certain lead sources.
