In 2022 we added live transfers as one of our Inside Sales options. Through live transfers, you can save energy spent trying to connect with the prospect at the appointment time. You can simply wait by the phone as the prospect comes to you!

At the time of the appointment, an Inside Sales Caller makes up to three attempts to reach a prospect via phone. Once the ISS reps connects with and confirms the prospect is ready, they will then transfer the prospect to you.
