Handling rebuttals from prospects has always been an important part of our caller's skillset. We've always trained our SDRs on rebuttals and using them. We recently realized we need to provide more transparency into how the rebuttal was handled and what was used to attempt to handle it. So we added this new field to our Client SDR's process, "Objection Response". You can find this answer in our comments section on the tracker below the Not Interested Reason.
